The same principles run through everything we ship.

Every app
Everything ships inside the app: every world, sound, question and technique. Our apps use the network for the store's billing for the one-time purchase, and for casting to your TV if you use it. We receive anonymous usage stats.
Free to try. No ads, no accounts, no subscriptions. That is the whole promise, in every app we make.
Small, fast and gentle on your battery. Each app is hand-made, one at a time, and shipped only when it feels right.
02 · The apps
Each one free to try. No ads, no accounts, no subscriptions.
A growing collection of living worlds of light. A glowing bedside clock at night, and now on Google TV too, with casting from your phone.
A calm, private ambient sound mixer. Layer rain, fire, storm and wind into your perfect night.
A featherlight breathing companion. Follow the glow and let everything slow down.
Estimates the speed of passing cars, bikes and runners from your phone’s camera, with a ± range on every reading.
Your phone's sensors turned into tools: a full-screen torpedo level, compass, protractor, ruler, flashlight, plumb, screen test and a live sensor check free; metal detector, light meter, seismometer, altimeter, rangefinder and a glowing vial level in one unlock.
A corkboard for the things you open every day: pin links and apps as colourful tiles, sort them into boards and categories, and launch with a tap. Pins tiles, boards and widgets to your home screen too. Your boards stay on your phone.
The to-do list that doesn't nag. No notifications, ever. A reminder is a place you look, not an event that interrupts you: Today, Waiting and Soon. No ads, no accounts, no subscriptions.
Cast your photos and videos to a Chromecast or Google TV, over your own Wi-Fi. Photos are handed to the TV so the pictures keep turning with the phone locked. No ads, no accounts, no subscriptions.
Knows everything, shares it all: a growing library of trivia across ten categories, and every question ships inside the app.
A metronome that respects your practice: a steady, even click, every subdivision free, and it casts the beat to your TV or speaker.
Tap a task, and it keeps the time. Work, study, exercise, telly: one clean record of your day. Set your hours and it will tell you when you can knock off. No ads, no accounts, no subscriptions.
Calculators for the everyday jobs, in chalk and slate: sums, percent, dates, tips, units, loans and GST on one skinned keypad, castable to your TV.
03 · The studio
Zone7 Studios is a small independent studio making mobile apps for the calm corners of the day: something to watch, something to listen to, something to breathe with. And more are quietly in the works.
